Biography
Ron provides his 32 years' experience to public companies of all sizes that are facing difficult and sensitive proxy solicitations involving compensation, corporate governance, shareholder activism and control issues.

Ron joined Phoenix Advisory Partners in August 2010 as Senior Vice President. Ron provides Phoenix' clients with thought leadership on emerging governance, proxy and regulatory issues.

Ron's prior experience includes nine years at BNY Mellon, where he advised the company and many of its clients on proxy, governance and activism issues. Prior to that, Ron spent four years at IR agency The Financial Relations Board (FRB), where he managed its proxy solicitation, corporate governance and stock surveillance practice. Before that, he was a consultant to important proxy intermediary ADP Investor Communication Services (now known as Broadridge), where he served as its first "Issuer Liaison" with responsibility for its relationships with issuer companies. Earlier, Ron held increasingly senior positions at major proxy solicitation firms Morrow & Company, D.F. King and Georgeson & Company, where he served on its first Board of Directors.

Ron earned a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University, 1978.
