Bob Burton is Managing Director of Lambert, Edwards & Associate's Financial Communications Practice Group. Bob has overseen and supported IR activities for 28 years working for and with companies ranging in size from micro- to mega-cap, including leading the investor relations functions at The Home Depot, Kmart Corporation, U.S. Shoe, Penn Central and Insilco Corporation. Bob also has seven years of experience as a daily journalist in Texas and Connecticut.

Bob has worked with a variety of regional and worldwide companies including Wal-Mart Stores, Masco Corporation, Gander Mountain and United Rentals Inc. Both as an advisor to companies and as member of the senior management team, Bob has hands-on experience in managing corporate activities such as initial public offerings, introducing new management, repositioning corporate strategy, turnarounds, acquisitions and divestitures, balance sheet recapitalization, shareholder proxy fights, and hostile tender offers. He is experienced in managing relationships with analysts, shareholders, bondholders, creditors, customers, proxy solicitors, the NYSE, NASDAQ, and the financial media.

Bob has a B.A. degree in English from Beloit College and an M.B.A with a marketing concentration from the University of Connecticut. He has been a member of NIRI since 1988 and is past president of the Atlanta chapter. He is also a past member of the finance and audit committee for U.S. Squash.

Mr. Tony Hung has served as our vice president of international corporate finance and corporate communications since July 2011. He has worked in corporate finance for approximately ten years with extensive investment banking and capital markets experience in both the United States and China.

Prior to joining ReneSola, Mr. Hung worked at Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong where he was involved in a number of capital market transactions, including ReneSola's various capital markets transactions, from 2005 to 2009.

Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Hung worked as an associate at Bastion Capital Corporation in Los Angeles from 2000 to 2002 and at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in New York in Investment Banking from 1997 to 1999. He also served as chief financial officer for Nasdaq-listed Wowjoint Holdings in 2010 and co-founded Ave3D Inc. in 1999.

In 2009, Mr. Hung volunteered for Habitat for Humanity in Sichuan, where he served as a team leader for reconstruction following the Sichuan earthquake of 2008. He received his bachelor's degree from New York University and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.

Previously, Christine worked for Novatek, Russia’s largest independent gas producer and was responsible for Investor Relations and Financial PR in the company’s London office. In this role she helped diversify the investor base, with a particular emphasis on investors in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan.

He is currently responsible for integrating ESG into investment and risk management processes as well as voting and engagement in relation to the Asian (ex-Japanese) companies BlackRock invests in on behalf of clients.

Mr. Yang's service with the firm dates back to 2005, including his years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. At BGI, he was responsible for voting and engagement in relation to UK and European investee companies. In 2008 he was recognized as a Rising Star of Corporate Governance by the Millstein Center for Corporate Governance. Prior to joining BGI in 2005, Mr. Yang worked for Greenwich Associates as a corporate finance research associate.
