Bob Burton is Managing Director of Lambert, Edwards & Associate's Financial Communications Practice Group. Bob has overseen and supported IR activities for 28 years working for and with companies ranging in size from micro- to mega-cap, including leading the investor relations functions at The Home Depot, Kmart Corporation, U.S. Shoe, Penn Central and Insilco Corporation. Bob also has seven years of experience as a daily journalist in Texas and Connecticut.

Bob has worked with a variety of regional and worldwide companies including Wal-Mart Stores, Masco Corporation, Gander Mountain and United Rentals Inc. Both as an advisor to companies and as member of the senior management team, Bob has hands-on experience in managing corporate activities such as initial public offerings, introducing new management, repositioning corporate strategy, turnarounds, acquisitions and divestitures, balance sheet recapitalization, shareholder proxy fights, and hostile tender offers. He is experienced in managing relationships with analysts, shareholders, bondholders, creditors, customers, proxy solicitors, the NYSE, NASDAQ, and the financial media.

Bob has a B.A. degree in English from Beloit College and an M.B.A with a marketing concentration from the University of Connecticut. He has been a member of NIRI since 1988 and is past president of the Atlanta chapter. He is also a past member of the finance and audit committee for U.S. Squash.

Dr. Chan is the Head of Investor Relations of C C Land Holdings Limited. (stock code : 1224). She has more than 25 years of experience and was the CFOs and company secretaries of various listed companies in Hong Kong. She is mainly responsible for formulating the IR strategies for the company and conducting meetings with investors and fund managers all over the world. She also leads in a number of corporate finance exercises and corporate restructuring activities.

Dr. Chan is an Independent Non-Executive Director of New Environmental Energy Holdings Limited (stock code: 3989) and is appointed as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Accounting and Finance of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Dr. Chan graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. She then earned her MBA degree from the University of Nottingham. She also obtained a DBA degree from the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong. Cara Eio, Managing Director, Head of Corporate & Investor Access for Asia-ex Japan, Nomura International (HK). Cara leads a world-class team in the origination of corporate access related activities which includes an advisory role to companies on latest investor developments as well as the planning of roadshows and conferences.

Prior to joining Nomura, Cara was in a similar role at Merrill Lynch (HK) for three years. Before joining Corporate Access, Cara was a financial analyst in the media sector (as well as retail and hotel) for the region, initially at Vickers Ballas and then Merrill Lynch. She started her career with Schroders Investment Merchants Bank in syndicated loans. She graduated from the University of Western Australia, Perth with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance.

Chaoni Huang joined Trucost in October 2012, heading up Trucost’s business development in Asia. Prior to Trucost, Chaoni was a senior ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) analyst at MSCI (London and Beijing), specializing in corporate management of environmental and social risk factors of the financials sector. In addition to her sector focus, Chaoni was instrumental in MSCI’s team and research expansion in emerging markets. Chaoni has an honours degree in Economics from the University of Warwick and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Mr. Tony Hung has served as our vice president of international corporate finance and corporate communications since July 2011. He has worked in corporate finance for approximately ten years with extensive investment banking and capital markets experience in both the United States and China.

Prior to joining ReneSola, Mr. Hung worked at Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong where he was involved in a number of capital market transactions, including ReneSola's various capital markets transactions, from 2005 to 2009.

Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Hung worked as an associate at Bastion Capital Corporation in Los Angeles from 2000 to 2002 and at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in New York in Investment Banking from 1997 to 1999. He also served as chief financial officer for Nasdaq-listed Wowjoint Holdings in 2010 and co-founded Ave3D Inc. in 1999.

In 2009, Mr. Hung volunteered for Habitat for Humanity in Sichuan, where he served as a team leader for reconstruction following the Sichuan earthquake of 2008. He received his bachelor's degree from New York University and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.

Mr. Randy Hung is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of China Fiber Optic Network System Group Ltd. (sotck code: 3777). He is mainly responsible for corporate finance and investor relations of China Fiber Optic.

Mr. Hung is also a Non-Executive Director of China Shineway Pharmaceutical Group Limited (stock code: 2877) and an Independent Non-Executive Director of Zhongyu Gas Holdings Limited (stock code: 3633). He is currently serving as a member of Immigration Tribunal and a council member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. Ms. Gloria Kwan is the Director of Investor Relations of CLP Holdings Limited. She holds a BComm (Honours) degree from The University of British Columbia and an MBA degree from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms. Kwan has over 15 years’ experience in the power industry. Prior to joining CLP in 2003, she worked for Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers specialized in energy and utilities. She has held a number of different positions in the CLP Group including financial control and asset management before joining investor relations in 2007.

In 2012, Ms. Kwan was ranked second by Institutional Investor for the Asia’s Best Investor Relations Professional in the power category. In the years 2011 and 2012, her team was ranked first and second by Institutional Investor for the Asia Power’s Best Investor Relations. Ms. Kwan was named as Best Investor Relations Professional (Hong Kong) and CLP was named Best Investor Relations Company (Hong Kong) at Corporate Governance Asia’s Excellence Recognition Awards in both 2011 and 2012.

Matthew has more than 5 years of experience as an IR professional with abundant knowledge of renewable energy industry and capital markets, and rich first-hand observation of business operations. At YGE, Matthew was responsible for a team of 6 involved in a variety of IR functions related to the NYSE-listed company. He also led YGE to become the 1st Chinese company and the 1st renewable energy company to join the Climate Savers program initiated by World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF).

Matthew is currently an MBA Candidate China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), a globally recognized top-tier business school.

Michael, with more than 20 years of experience in Asian equities, began his financial career as an investment analyst at Macquarie Bank in Australia in 1993, and since held senior positions at various international investment banks responsible for Asia including Greater China, ASEAN and Australian equities.

Since founding FAM 2006, his Foundation China Opportunity Fund has won Asia Top 10 many times (according to Barclay Hedge and other 3rd parties). He regularly presents at media and conferences, including Bloomberg TV, Asian Investor, etc. He has an MBA degree from Peking University, a degree in Economics from Wollongong University in Australia, and a CFA charter holder.

Yifeng MAO, CFA is founder and head of equity research of Goldpebble Research. He has been working on Chinese equities for 10 years and was also a core founding member for IGSB Asia, Turiya Capital and Galleon Asia. He practiced fundamental long-shortequity, event driven in mid to large cap names listed in HK and US and long term growth/value investing in small to mid cap names.

He started his career with Deloitte and CICC after graduating with dual degrees on Computer Science and Finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He specializes in Internet, Consumers and is privy to the inner workings of the Chinese analyst community. He also sits on the board of an online restaurant service company in China (www.dingweila.com).

Jeff Morgan is President and CEO of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). Jeff has held this position since January 2008 and is responsible for defining and executing a plan to maximize member value in the areas of advocacy, education, information and peer-to-peer networking. Jeff is charged with achieving NIRI's strategic vision which includes becoming the primary industry knowledge and education provider, maximizing NIRI's many nationwide chapters, serving as the advocate for the IR profession, and ensuring NIRI members conform to the highest ethical standards. Prior to joining NIRI, Morgan was Chief Operating Officer of the Futures Industry Association (FIA) for nine years, where he also served as the Executive Vice President of the Institute for Financial Markets, an affiliate of the FIA.

Prior to joining FIA, Jeff served as a Senior Vice President for the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents. A Pennsylvania native, Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and Information Technology from Susquehanna University and a Masters Degree program in Nonprofit Management from Eastern University. In 2010 and 2011 Morgan was named to the National Association of Corporate Directors "Directorship 100" in recognition of his work promoting the highest standards of corporate governance. Morgan is a CAE (Certified Association Executive) and a member and Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives. Morgan also serves on the NYSE Individual Investor Advisory Committee.

YK Park is a Director at APG based in HK. Her role is to collaborate with investment professionals within the firm and provide ESG (environmental, social, and governance) assessment to all asset classes including listed equities, infrastructure, and listed & non-listed real estate investments. Her geographic coverage is whole Asia Pacific region. She actively engages with portfolio companies and other group of institutional investors on a variety issues such as corporate governance, climate change, environmental liabilities/opportunities, and human rights.

Prior to APG, she spent almost 3 years at Association for Sustainable & Responsible Investment in Asia in HK, providing research and analysis on sustainable investment issues to a broad range of regional/global investors. Before moving to Hong Kong from Seoul in 2002, YK spent 10 years as a securities analyst working for international investment banks--Baring Securities and Salomon Smith Barney--covering a range of industry sectors. She graduated from Yonsei University in Korea.

Justin Reynolds is the Managing Director of Asia-Pacific at Ipreo. As a veteran advisor to both the corporate and capital markets communities in Europe, Asia, and Africa, Justin is responsible for all of Ipreo's Asia-Pacific operations. In addition to running and expanding Ipreo's existing capital markets and corporate business lines, Justin is also focused on providing corporate governance and investor outreach services to Ipreo's corporate and investment banking clients throughout the region. He worked in the fields of Corporate Governance, Director Remuneration and Shareholder Voting throughout EUMESA and APAC for over 13 years. He comes to Ipreo from Sodali Ltd. where he led Business Development, Strategic Partnerships and Governance Consulting.

Prior to Sodali, Reynolds was a Director at RiskMetrics Group, ISS Governance Services Corporate business, advising corporate issuers on environmental, social and governance related equity and debt risk. His extensive experience also includes stints at Mourant (in equity compensation), and Georgeson (in proxy solicitation), where he was instrumental in the founding of the Sydney and Johannesburg offices.

As Managing Director, Marcus together with his team is responsible for developing EQS Group's business in Hong Kong and other Asian markets. Marcus joined EQS Group in 2007 as Executive Assistant to the Group's CEO, working at the company's headquarters in Munich that time. Since its incorporation in 2009, Marcus is General Director of the Group's business in Moscow, responsible for business development in Russia and CIS. Before working in EQS Group Marcus was a Sales Executive at a Premium Online service provider, managing for example the Corporate Website of Daimler (Mercedes Benz). Marcus studied economics and holds an MBA.

Ms. Tao is a Managing Director at Summitview Capital and was previously a partner at Ariose Capital based in Beijing. Before coming to China, Ms. Tao worked at Sansar Capital based in New York covering China equities for the Asia focused hedge fund from 2007-2010. Prior to Sansar, Ms. Tao worked in High Yield investments. She was also previously at Deutsche Bank Securities in sell-side research and leveraged finance investment banking.

Ms. Tao graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Christine Wootliff is an investor relations consultant for Australian IR firm Fortbridge in Hong Kong where she helps foreign listed resources companies to raise their profile with Hong Kong investors and media.

Previously, Christine worked for Novatek, Russia’s largest independent gas producer and was responsible for Investor Relations and Financial PR in the company’s London office. In this role she helped diversify the investor base, with a particular emphasis on investors in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan.

Christine began her career in IR with Imagination Global Investor Communications, where she helped a number of emerging market companies including EVRAZ, Pyatoreshka and Vakifbank list on the London Stock Exchange.

Christine holds an M.A. in Chinese studies, Russian Literature and Geography from Freie Universitaet Berlin. She speaks German, Russian, English and Mandarin, and conversational Polish.

Ryan Wuebbels joined Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEx) in 2008 as Vice President of Cash Markets and has worked in various roles across the Exchange including Market Development and Relationship Management. Currently, Mr. Wuebbels is the Head of Investor Relations for HKEx and also serves as the Co-Head of Issuer and Client Services. Prior to joining, Mr. Wuebbels was the regional business manager of the Equities Direct Execution Desk at UBS in Hong Kong.

Clarence Yang, is the Head of Corporate Governance Asia ex Japan and member of the Corporate Governance & Responsible Investment team within BlackRock's Portfolio Management Group. He is currently responsible for integrating ESG into investment and risk management processes as well as voting and engagement in relation to the Asian (ex-Japanese) companies BlackRock invests in on behalf of clients.

Mr. Yang's service with the firm dates back to 2005, including his years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. At BGI, he was responsible for voting and engagement in relation to UK and European investee companies. In 2008 he was recognized as a Rising Star of Corporate Governance by the Millstein Center for Corporate Governance. Prior to joining BGI in 2005, Mr. Yang worked for Greenwich Associates as a corporate finance research associate.

Mr. Yang earned a BSc degree in economics and philosophy from City University in 2000.

Angus Yiu is currently SmarTone Telecommunication's Senior Corporate Planning Manager. Directly reporting to Executive Directors, his responsibilities include investor relations (IR), in addition to strategic planning. The IR practices of SmarTone and Mr. Yiu are positively recognised by the investment community, the company and Mr. Yiu have been awarded 3 years in a row by various authoritative organisations including IR Magazine and Corporate Governance Asia.

Previously, he joined Li & Fung Limited as a management trainee, and was subsequently in charge of the IR functions. His first role after graduation was an auditor at Grant Thornton. He has CPA qualifications in both Australia and Hong Kong, and obtained both his Master and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of New South Wales in Australia, majoring in accounting and finance.

Erika Xu is founder and Managing Director of DragonStone Investment Management, a private equity firm in Beijing, China. Erika was previously the Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Development at Gome Electrical Appliances from 2007 to the end of 2011. Erika is an experienced investor relations professional who has gained intensive experiences during her career in Gome electrical Appliances, one of the largest consumer retail chain company in China, a Hong Kong listed public company. Erika not only met thousands of investors worldwide from both long only funds and hedge funds during her career in Gome, she also had intensive experiences in crisis management and proxy voting during her time in Gome.

Erika was born in Beijing and had her high school and college education in the United States. She was voted Thomas Reuters Asian Top 3 Investor Relations Professionals in the retail sector in 2010.
