Remy Bernarda has 30 years of experience in finance, investor relations and communications. Over her career, she has initiated and managed IR, corporate and clinical communications, and marketing programs for several companies both in-house and as an external advisor. Ms. Bernarda has extensive experience advising C-Level officers and Boards of Directors on overall corporate strategy, disclosure, crisis management, financing, and operations. Ms. Bernarda began her career on Wall Street working at Goldman Sachs, Knight Equity Markets, and Bear Stearns.

She holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. She currently sits on the NIRI Board of Directors and has been recognized as a NIRI Fellow. Ms. Bernarda is an ardent sports fan and loves to be active outdoors, but she also loves to curl up with a good book, preferably with a glass of wine.
