In the second year, companies are asking "How can we approach the disclosure in positive creative ways?" This forum will feature two examples of best practices in writing the Executive Compensation Disclosure and Analysis section of your proxy statement. We'll discuss the process used to make changes in the disclosure, the benefits of using plain English and other creative techniques, and what feedback they are getting from investors. Also, vital to NIRI members, what is the role of investor relations in crafting the messages and responding to feedback?
