responsibilities. Seminars are designed to meet the needs of investor
relations officers throughout their careers - from the first day on the
job to the most seasoned professional. The hallmark of NIRI's educational programs is the 3-day Introduction
to Investor Relations Seminar. Over 8,500 professionals, from micro-to-large
cap companies, have attended this comprehensive seminar geared to those
new to the field of investor relations or those considering a career change.

This is an excellent place to begin your career development in the field
of investor relations. Executive Education Programs These week-long university-based programs are designed for investor relations
professionals with three to five years of experience in the field. Professionals
looking for an academic approach and university setting will benefit from
these programs. NIRI's Annual Conference is the largest gathering of investor relations professionals
in the world. It combines general sessions featuring senior corporate executives
and leaders in the business and financial communities covering developing
IR trends, to over 30 concurrent sessions providing the latest in investor
relations tactics. Participate in one of over 20 industry roundtables or
network during other smaller group programs to strengthen your investor
relations knowledge. The Annual Conference also includes the Investor Relations
Services Showcase, an unparalleled trade show of state-of-the-art IR products
and services. E-Learning Forums Gather your staff and others in one room to participate in NIRI's E-learning
forums. This is an excellent opportunity to gain additional information on
topics of interest without leaving your office. Most programs are an hour long
and archived for your convenience. In conjunction with the University
of California at Irvine (UCI), NIRI also offers a certificate course of study
in investor relations. Senior Roundtable By invitation only, the NIRI Senior Roundtable is designed to address the
needs of long-term NIRI members who are also the most senior IR officers
within their companies. The Roundtable is open to those who have been in
NIRI for ten years or who have ten years of IR or relevant corporate business
experience; this program is for NIRI's most seasoned members. Recommended Course of Study The NIRI leadership has developed a Recommended Course of

The National Investor Relations Institute is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
