This course focuses on the valuation of listed companies, covering discounted cash flow valuation and valuation using multiples. We cover the inputs analysts need for their models and the importance of guidance. We use a real company example to show you how the key variables affect valuation and to consider what needs to be communicated in order to achieve a fair value.
