Photograph of Bonnie Monahan Bonnie Monahan is a proactive executive with 25+ years of corporate finance, strategic planning and investor relations experience with both public and private companies. She helped lead the successful initial public offerings for both Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. and Planet Fitness, Inc. as well as the preferred stock and convertible preferred stock offerings for Sears, Roebuck. Bonnie has also been involved in a variety of debt offerings including Dunkin’s innovative whole-business securitization structure, public bond offerings term loan B and leveraged credit facilities. She has also developed extensive relationships with the street given her prior investor relations leadership roles at Staples, Inc. and The Timberland Company. While at Timberland, she also led the company’s strategic planning process. Prior to her corporate roles, Bonnie was a corporate lender with Chase Manhattan Bank and Bankers Trust Company.

In addition to her accomplished career, Bonnie serves on the Board of Directors of Good Sports and the Advisory Board for Executive Education at Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Business. She also co-founded the Granite State Quest, a cycling fundraiser to benefit pediatric cancer research at Massachusetts General hospital.

Bonnie is a graduate of Smith College and received her MBA from the University of Chicago.
