Hayley James

Director, Corporate Access, Bank of America Merrill Lynch

Hayley James is a Director on the Corporate Access team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In this role, she is responsible for providing institutional clients with access to corporates and industry experts through roadshows, 1x1 meetings, strategic access events and conferences that are aligned to the firm’s thematic research and investment ideas.

Currently based in New York, James joined the firm in 2005. She specializes in originating corporate access events in the Tech, Healthcare, Energy and Media sectors. She is also responsible for international corporate access events, working with U.S. companies across all sectors to help plan their international marketing.

Prior to moving to the U.S., James worked on the U.S. Sales desk in London, where she was responsible for the international marketing of U.S. corporate and U.S. Research Analysts.

James holds a degree in Psychology from Nottingham University in the United Kingdom.
