Senior Vice President, Edelman Crisis & Risk Management

Photograph of Jaclyn Anderson Jaclyn specializes in developing and driving critical issues planning and preparedness, including scenario development, executive counsel and managing rapid response programs for clients such as Shell, Nissan, PayPal and Microsoft.  

She currently leads the Bay Area Crisis & Risk team (San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Sacramento), and leads a team of dedicated crisis practitioners working with clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies developing crisis management programs that protect brand reputation and preserve enterprise trust.  

Jaclyn also serves as a leader in Edelman’s activism management team. As part of her work in this area, she has served as a trusted counselor to companies such as Disney Consumer Products, The LEGO Group, The North Face and the Gap Inc. family of brands. 

In her role as part of Edelman’s Global Crisis & Risk Practice, Jaclyn is also responsible for driving key pieces of intellectual property and programming intended to put the way Edelman approaches crisis and risk at the forefront of the industry.
