Jeff Thomas is Vice President of Nasdaq’s Listing Services unit.  Based in San Francisco, Mr. Thomas is responsible for leading Nasdaq’s new listings efforts and relationship management activities with listed companies in the Western Region of North America, with a combined market value of $4 trillion. Previously, Mr. Thomas served as President of Liquidity Solutions at NASDAQ Private Market LLC, leading new business efforts and working closely with private companies to help optimize and manage their equity-related functions including capitalization table management, investor relations and shareholder liquidity.  Prior to joining Nasdaq in 2014, Mr. Thomas was Vice President of Business Development at Owler and held senior positions at SecondMarket and Gerson Lehrman Group.  He started his career as a field applications engineering manager at Altera. Mr. Thomas graduated with high honors from Carnegie Mellon University.
