Kedar Shirali

Kedar Shirali heads the Investor Relations function at Tata Consultancy Services, serving as the company’s spokesperson to the capital markets. 

His efforts have won global recognition for TCS’ Investor Relations program, winning top rankings every year in leading investor polls such as FinanceAsia’s Best Companies Poll, Institutional Investor’s All Asia Executive Team rankings, Thomson Reuters Extel India Award Survey.

Kedar has been rated the Best Investor Relations Professional in the Institutional Investor’s All Asia Executive Team Rankings for the last three years and also in Asiamoney’s Corporate Governance Poll. 

Kedar has been with TCS for over thirteen years, the last seven in the current role. Before this, he managed TCS’ sales in the New England region in the US, based out of Boston. Prior to TCS, Kedar has worked in international sales and marketing roles at Maruti-Suzuki and Infosys.

Kedar holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.
