Rodny Nacier currently serves as a managing director at ICR, Inc, the largest independent strategic communications advisor. Mr. Nacier provides investor communication services to a variety of companies in the building materials, home builder and real estate industries that are publicly traded or preparing for an IPO. He has extensive knowledge of the strategic communications business, combined with deep sector knowledge and a strong track record of implementing investor relations best practices.

The combination of his sell-side equity research and investor relations experience provides added value in advising companies on communication to the investment community. With a long-term view, he works closely with management teams to help develop customized communication platforms to strengthen investor interactions and enhance value for all company stakeholders. He has also advised companies across a range of events, including IPOs, secondary offerings, M&A transactions, management transitions, and strategic realignments.

Rodny was formerly a Senior Equity Research Analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets covering the building material and homebuilder industries. Prior to KeyBanc, he covered companies in the basic materials, industrials and consumer sectors at Macquarie Capital and Credit Suisse. He graduated with a BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and is a CFA charter holder.
