Tim Sedabres

Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, Banc of California

Mr. Timothy R. Sedabres is Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Head of Investor Relations for Banc of California, Inc. (NYSE: BANC), a $10 billion regional bank, focused on “empowering California through its diverse businesses, entrepreneurs and communities”. 
 
With over 10 years of experience within the banking sector, Mr. Sedabres has responsibility for leading the development of the company’s financial communications strategy with investors and shareholders. Mr. Sedabres joined the company after serving as VP of Finance at Associated Banc-Corp (NYSE: ASB), where he held leadership positions within finance and corporate treasury, including serving as Head of Investor Relations.  Mr. Sedabres has been responsible for investor relations, enterprise-wide stress testing, and capital planning in addition to experience in corporate strategic planning.

Mr. Sedabres holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Bradley University and a M.B.A from Saint Louis University.
 
Mr. Sedabres also serves on the Board for NIRI-Orange County.
