Vanessa Charlton

Associate, Heyman Associates

Based in Heyman Associates’ San Francisco office, Vanessa focuses on the Western region’s diverse portfolio of clients, including financial services, technology, medical devices and nonprofit.

Previously, she worked at executive search firm Chaloner Associates. As Assistant Project Manager, she provided research support for executive positions in public relations, marketing and communications.

In her first experience with public relations and marketing, she interned at Bookish.com – Hachette, Simon & Schuster and Penguin’s joint venture digital platform – for which she helped with the B2C marketing communications launch campaign.

Vanessa received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Bucknell University. A native of the East Coast, Vanessa moved for Heyman Associates from New York to San Francisco, where she enjoys the active pace and lifestyle of the city. Once addicted to New York Italian food, Vanessa has discovered a newfound passion for burritos and sushi.
