Warren Kneeshaw

Vice President, Investor Relations, Qualcomm

Warren Kneeshaw is vice president of investor relations for Qualcomm Incorporated where he serves as the primary interface with the investment community and Qualcomm shareholders. 

Previously, Kneeshaw was vice president of finance for Qualcomm Technology Licensing (QTL), which saw significant growth during his tenure. Prior to that, he was vice president of finance for Qualcomm Technology, Inc.’s Global Business Development group where he was responsible for financial and operational oversight. During this role, he also served as interim president of Qualcomm India. 

Before joining Qualcomm in 2003, Kneeshaw held various finance roles, including vice president of finance at Tempo Textron, vice president of finance at Nortel Networks, and manager of finance at Procter & Gamble. 
            
Under his leadership, the investor relations team has received top ranking among “America’s Best IR Teams” by Institutional Investor magazine, as well as being named to IR Magazine’s Global Top 50 list of the world’s best IR programs. Kneeshaw has been recognized for many industry awards, including Institutional Investor’s “America’s Best IR Professionals” in the Telecommunications sector. He is a board member and treasurer of the Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego and previously served on the advisory board for the Mays Business School at Texas A&M.

Kneeshaw received a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration from York University in Ontario, Canada.
