Andrew Siegel Partner, Joele Frank Andrew, a partner at Joele Frank, provides strategic communications counsel to companies and private equity firms. In addition to advising clients on ongoing investor and public relations programs, he specializes in shareholder activism, proxy contests, transactions, reorganizations, litigation, crises and other special situations. He joined Joele Frank shortly after the firm’s inception in 2000. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
