Deborah K. Pawlowski, IRC Chairman & CEO, Kei Advisors LLC Deborah K. Pawlowski, IRC, Chairman & CEO, has more than thirty years of experience in management, strategic planning, investor relations, marketing and communications. Ms. Pawlowski’s breadth of experience and dynamic energy combine to provide counsel to executive management and Boards of Directors in investor relations initiatives and capital markets positioning. Known for strategic foresight, she coaches executives through challenging issues with develop crisis planning ingenuity. She has experience with numerous debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic shifts, as well as a wide variety of corporate crisis events. Investor relations programs she has managed have been awarded the prestigious Association for Investment Management and Research Award for Excellence in Corporate Reporting and Investor Relations. Her experience base comes from both the corporate perspective, while leading the investor relations program at National Fuel Gas Company (NFG), a diversified energy company, and American Precision Industries Inc., a diversified manufacturing company, and as an advisor with more than seventeen years as founder of Kei Advisors LLC. Ms. Pawlowski is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where she received her B.S. in General Engineering. She received her M.B.A. from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), past President of the NIRI Virtual Chapter and current Advocacy Ambassador for the NIRI Virtual Chapter. Ms. Pawlowski passed the inaugural NIRI Investor Relations Charter exam in March 2016, earning the right to use the Investor Relations Charter (IRC™) credential. She also serves as President of the West Point Society of Western New York and leads the Founding Committee of the Western New York Investors Conference. She serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Combat Wounded Veteran Challenge, Inc. and is Treasurer of the Calvary Episcopal Church of Williamsville, NY. Ms. Pawlowski founded Kei Advisors LLC in July 2000.
