Monday, June 3, 2019 | 9:15AM - 10:00AM | Room: Grand Saguaro  |   General Session

 |  Joseph Saluzzi | Leon Cooperman | Tim Quast | Brett Redfearn |

Hedge fund legend Leon “Lee” Cooperman gave up aspirations toward dentistry for a fascination with the stock market and became a Goldman Sachs partner, spending 25 years there, and then another 25 years as founder of hedge fund Omega Advisors, where he amassed a financial fortune and an astute perspective on markets. Joe Saluzzi, partner at Themis Trading, is a regular on Bloomberg TV and CNBC and co-author of “Broken Markets,” a seminal book on the clash between short-term trading and investment behavior. Lee and Joe will join SEC head of Trading and Markets Brett Redfearn for a lively and insightful debate on today’s stock market, and how the IR profession should adapt.
