Photograph of Ann Scott Ann Scott has been a NIRI national member since 1999 and is also a member of the Rocky Mountain NIRI Board as well as the NIRI Senior Roundtable. Ms. Scott is vice president, investor relations for Ball Corporation, a global supplier of metal packaging for beverage, personal care and household products and of aerospace and other technologies and services for the U.S. government.  Founded in 1880, the company had 2018 net sales of $11.6 billion. Ball is also known for being an early adopter of EVA® in 1992 – the company’s EVA mindset drives disciplined capital allocation decisions, delivers sustained long-term shareholder value creation and serves as the basis of its pay-for-performance philosophy. Ann joined Ball in 1988 and throughout her 31-year career moved into positions of increasing responsibility in the administrative, treasury and finance departments. In 1998, Ann assumed overall responsibility for the company’s investor relations program including serving on the disclosure and governance teams and as competitive intelligence liaison to the global operations, strategic planning, treasury and sustainability teams. Ms. Scott holds a bachelor of science degree in business from Ball State University.
