Karen Litzler-Hollier Director, Investor Relations, Dell Technologies Karen Litzler-Hollier serves as Director, Investor Relations for Dell Technologies. She is responsible for executing the company’s investor relations program, which includes global industry conferences, non-deal roadshows, large-scale analyst meetings, on-site investor visits, quarterly earnings and the annual shareholders’ meeting. In addition, Karen supports Dell’s C-suite and senior management through strategic projects and a broad business intelligence/competitive analysis function. She is a graduate of Dell’s Finance Rotation Program and has held multiple roles within Dell’s finance organization, including internal audit and financial planning and analysis for Dell’s Consumer and Small/Medium Business unit and its Enterprise Solutions Group. Prior to joining Dell in 2008, Karen spent eight years working in the energy industry in corporate communication and investor relations roles. Karen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Edward’s University.
