Patricia Figueroa Senior Vice President , Gladstone Place Partners Patricia Figueroa is a senior vice president at Gladstone Place Partners. She is a trusted advisor in the field of investor relations, as well as strategic, financial and corporate governance communications. Her work at Gladstone Place Partners includes assignments in M&A, investor relations, activism defense, corporate governance communications and issues management. Prior to Gladstone, Patricia served as the head of Investor Relations at Arconic where she worked on a variety of matters, including acquisitions, spin-offs, proxy contests, and crisis and issues management. Before joining Alcoa, she worked at Blue Heron Research Partners, a New York-based financial research firm whose clients included top-tier hedge funds and private equity firms. Patricia holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Masters degree in Psychology from New York University, and a Bachelor’s degree in business from Universidad de las Americas (Mexico). Patricia is fluent in English and Spanish and conversant in French and Italian.
