Mark is responsible for all aspects of the investor relations program at Vulcan Materials Company (NYSE: VMC), the largest producer of construction aggregates in the U.S. and a leading producer of other aggregates-based construction materials.  He joined Vulcan in 2000 and has held various financial roles with the company, including 15 years in IR.  For multiple years, Mark has been voted among the Best IR Professionals in the All-American Executive Team Survey conducted by Institutional Investor.  Mark has been an active member of NIRI since 2003, serving in various leadership roles with the Virtual Chapter as well as on the NIRI National Board.
 
Prior to joining Vulcan, Mark held positions of increasing responsibility in both finance and operations.  Mark holds a B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
