She is responsible for leading strategic engagement between Lazard and the financial community, positioning the firm’s investment thesis, financial performance, competitive landscape, capital structure, governance and sustainability profile. She has 25 years of experience in investor relations and strategic finance. Prior to Lazard, she initiated investor relations programs for Curtiss-Wright Corporation and Schnitzer Steel Industries, and covered the energy industry in Salomon Smith Barney’s Investment Banking Division. She holds a Bachelors in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from New York University. She is on the Board of the National Investor Relations Institute New York Chapter.
