Annette is responsible for Rivel’s new GuideLign Advisory Service, which provides clients with insights and on-the-job experience in investor relations best practices. Working with companies across various industries and market caps, Annette guides clients through IR issues and how to take actionable steps to enhance and improve their investor communications, investor targeting, building more robust investor outreach programs both domestically and internationally, and much more.

Annette has more than 20 years of experience in investor relations and finance, across the software, utilities and banking industries. Prior to joining Rivel, Annette was the Head of Investor Relations for Ansys, Inc. (S&P 500, NASDAQ 100) for over 13 years, where she built an award-winning, best-in-class IR program. Prior to Ansys, Annette was the Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer of an electric utility in Maine. Annette began her career in the banking industry, working in bank marketing for a national bank and then helping a small group of investors start a new de novo bank, where she had responsibility for bank administration and human resources.

Annette has been traveling the globe for decades and loves exploring different cultures, meeting new people and enjoying good wines. She lives in Ormond Beach, Florida with her husband and periodically with one to three of her grown children (they seem to come and go quite frequently!) In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, relaxing at the beach, hiking, biking, and planning her next vacation adventure.

Annette earned a BA in Business Management and an MBA in International Business and Finance from the University of Maine. She holds an Investor Relations Charter (IRC) designation and is a former Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and a former Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).
