Lisa’s career highlights include developing and executing best-in-class IR strategies from the ground up, building strong buy-side and sell-side relationships across adjacent and distinct industries, increasing management credibility through crisis management including the COVID-19 pandemic and shareholder activism, and leading global-cross functional teams through business transformation. Lisa has worked for both large, mid and small-cap companies with Growth, GARP and Value investment profiles. Her IR experience also includes management transitions, debt IPOs, M&A and hosting investor events across the U.S., Europe and Asia. Her progressive career spans 15 years in investor relations, 6 years across finance, accounting and treasury, and 2 years in sales/marketing.

Lisa is the vice president, investor relations at EnerSys (NYSE: ENS), the global leader in stored energy solutions. With over $3 billion in revenue, $3 billion in market cap, 140 offices and more than 11,000 employees, EnerSys products and energy storage solutions provide the critical infrastructure technology needed to support megatrends such as 5G, IoT, electric vehicles and uninterrupted power for public utilities and telecom service providers.

Before joining EnerSys in 2022, Lisa was senior vice president, head of Investor Relations at Redwood Trust, Inc. (NYSE:RWT), where she was responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of the investor relations, corporate communications and ESG strategies.

Prior to joining Redwood in 2018, she worked at Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) from 2007 – 2017 where she held a variety of roles in investor relations, finance, and marketing and was the senior director of investor relations when she left the company. Prior to joining Juniper, Lisa held roles in IR and finance at Lam Research, (Nasdaq: LRCX) from 1997-2007.

Lisa is president of NIRI San Francisco. Prior to joining the San Francisco board in 2016, she served on the NIRI Silicon Valley board from 2006 - 2012. She previously held the positions of Treasurer, Communications, and Programs. She holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Business and a B.S., Accounting from San Jose State University
