Photograph of Lynne Maxeiner Lynne Maxeiner is Vice President, Global Treasury and Investor Relations at Vertiv. She joined Emerson in 1997 and transitioned with Vertiv during the sale to private equity in 2016.  Lynne previously held several senior level roles during her 20 years with Emerson, including Vice President of Finance - Global Services and Vice President of Planning and Development for Emerson Network Power, as well as Director, Investor Relations for Emerson.   Lynne earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri, and an MBA from Washington University.
