Michael Micciche Vice President, Investor Relations, Progress Michael Micciche joined Progress Software (PRGS) as VP of Investor Relations in March 2021 following an extensive career on Wall Street. Most recently, Mike was a managing director and originator on the Wells Fargo Securities Corporate Access team, where he provided shareholder targeting expertise and advisory to IR teams of public companies. Prior to that, he was Head of Equity Product Marketing, an integral role at the nexus of sell-side Research, Sales, and Trading. Mike started at Wells Fargo (previously First Union/Wachovia) as a senior institutional equity salesman covering accounts in NYC and Baltimore. Prior to that, he was a managing director and technology analyst for a large hedge fund. Mike began his career as a sell-side equity research analyst covering Enterprise Software and Application Software and held positions as an associate at UBS Securities and senior analyst/VP at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) prior to its merger with Credit Suisse. Mike also has prior professional experience as a photojournalist and newspaper columnist. He is a private pilot, licensed captain, and volunteers as an EMT. He currently serves on the boards of a veterans’ charity and a global education non-profit. Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from The State University of New York at Albany.
