Douglas Kris, IRC

Vice President of Investor Relations, Diversified Energy Company

A trusted strategic advisor with over 25 years of capital markets, investor relations, finance, ESG, corporate communications, and natural resource industry experience, with a deep knowledge base of operations in the oil & gas sector. In addition, he has managed media relations and served as a corporate spokesperson.

Over his career he has developed a strong network of relationships with institutional investors, research analysts, investment banks, industry journalists, and producers.

Prior to joining Diversified Energy, Mr. Kris served as Head of Investor Relations at Compass Minerals. Mr. Kris also held the role of Vice President of Montage Resources (f/k/a Eclipse Resources), leading the investor relations strategy, along with corporate communications, capital markets, and ESG efforts. In addition, Mr. Kris served as Managing Director at boutique energy firm KLR Group, where he was instrumental in building the firm’s energy research and sales platform. Mr. Kris also served as a Senior Vice President at Euro Pacific Capital as well as having a 16-year career at BMO Capital Markets.

Mr. Kris has been awarded the prestigious Investor Relations Charter (IRC) designation and is also a member of the National Association of Petroleum Investment Analysts (NAPIA), the US Association of Energy Economics (USAEE), the National Institute of Investor Relations (NIRI), the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), the Marcellus Shale Coalition and the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA). He received his BBA in Finance from Saint Bonaventure University. Mr. Kris has also held FINRA securities series 4,7,55 & 63 licenses.
