Fabiane Goldstein

Investor Relations Senior Director, Grayling

Fabiane Goldstein has over 20 years of experience working in the financial markets and is an expert on Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Sustainability/ESG & Integrated Reports and the power of Social Media in the capital markets.  Her experience includes in-house Investor Relations manager at Unibanco, creating the Corporate Communications department at MZ Group, where she was involved in 90% of more than 100 IPOs that took place in the period, founding a company focused on Multi-stakeholder Communications and Sustainability Reports and later becaming a founding partner at MBS Value Partners Brasil, renamed InspIR Group Brasil in 2017. She moved to the US in 2019 and joined Grayling as IR Senior Director.
 
She established herself as a reference in Strategic IR, serving clients from diversified sectors, writing dozens of articles, hosting and participating in several webinars. Fabiane holds a degree in publicity from ECA-USP and Executive MBA from Dom Cabral Foundation (FDC) and Post-MBA from Saint Paul – ABPW (Advanced Boardroom Program for Women). She was a Board member at Eleven Financial, an independent research company in Brazil, sold to Banco Modal in 2021. She currently serves as Board member of NGO Instituto Correndo pelo Diabetes in Brazil, and is a Co-Chair of the Finance & Alternative Investments Committee of the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida.
