Mark Fasken is the co-founder and COO of Irwin, a capital markets software company building a better way to manage investor relations. As COO, Mark works daily with global capital markets professionals at public companies, advisory firms, and investment banks to ensure Irwin's platform helps them achieve their IR goals.

Before Irwin, Mark spent nearly a decade in sales and marketing at high-growth software companies. He led a highly skilled sales team at Influitive that directly supported the company’s rapid revenue growth to $10M ARR+. As Pressly’s former VP of Sales, Mark helped build the sales and marketing team leading up to its acquisition by Vision Critical.

Mark is Vice-Chair of the NIRI 2023 Annual Conference Committee and is passionate about expanding the education and resources available to IROs, to deliver insight and support that will help inform strategic decisions and success.
