Meredith Versen

Investor Relations Manager, Ingevity Corporation

Meredith Versen manages the IR function at Ingevity Corporation, headquartered in Charleston, SC. Ingevity is a specialty chemicals and materials company that was spun off from WestRock (formerly MeadWestvaco) in 2016. She joined the company in 2012 as part of the supply chain team and then transitioned to help orchestrate the company’s successful spin-off from WestRock to establish it as an independent, publicly traded company.  She has held various roles within the finance function at Ingevity including FP&A roles located in Charleston and in Shanghai, China and most recently leading the finance team through an enterprise resource planning software transformation.

Meredith received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and marketing from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business from the University of South Carolina.
