Susan Spivak Bernstein joined The Hartford in 2019 as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations. She has spent the last 14 years as a lead Investor Relations Officer following a long tenure as a Senior Equity Research Analyst at leading Investment Banks.

Skilled in External and Internal Financial Communications, Equity Research, Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO’s, Equity Issuance, Crisis Management, Shareholder Activism, and Corporate Governance.
