Enrico has obtained his PhD at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2016, and he pursued several postdocs at the Singapore University of Technology and Design and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Other than academia, Enrico worked on numerous Microsoft projects and in Pharma (i.e., Bayer), before joining Bloomberg. His work includes the use of machine learning and large language models (LLMs) for semantics, fake news detection, sentiment analysis, grammar checkers, pharmacovigilance, precision medicine, pandemic prevention, and art.
