Mr. Moten has more than 30 years of finance, capital markets, and Investor Relations experience and is currently SVP of Investor Relations for Aventiv Technologies. He is currently chair of the national board of directors of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and a board member of BYW Investment Advisors.
