Sean Rourke

Sean Rourke is Vice President and head of investor relations at Virtus Investment Partners, a publicly traded (NYSE: VRTS) investment manager with nearly $200 billion of assets under management. In addition to investor relations, Sean manages Virtus' rating agency relationships and corporate social responsibility reporting. Previously, he was a senior IR executive at The Hartford (NYSE: HIG). Prior to his more than a decade as an IRO, he was a sell side analyst, including head of life insurance equity research at Dowling & Partners, the premier insurance-focused equity research boutique, and Lehman Brothers, where he focused on the domestic and Latin American telecommunications and internet infrastructure sectors. He has served on the board of the Connecticut/Westchester chapter of NIRI since 2014, previously as president.

Sean graduated from Princeton University and received his MBA from Columbia Business School.
