Photograph of Shelly Fust Ms. Fust is co-founder and co-leader of Korn Ferry's global Sustainability and ESG Practice where she and her colleagues work with corporations, private equity, NFP and NGO clients worldwide to identify, recruit and develop the learning-agile leadership required to deliver urgent and transformative climate solutions, including robust energy decarbonization strategies.

She is also a member of Korn Ferry's Energy and Infrastructure Practices where her clients include energy and water/wastewater utilities (public and private), renewable energy development and technology companies, PE infrastructure and E&C/EPC companies.

The unifying theme of her clients is their work to identify and integrate complex and innovative technologies, products, infrastructure, processes, systems and regulatory and legislative policies that promote Sustainability and ESG resiliency, mitigate ecosystem impact, foster innovation and facilitate access to needed capital while delivering sustainable success.

Ms. Fust holds a master of science degree in environmental science from the University of Texas at Dallas and a bachelor of arts degree in zoology (biology and environmental science) from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.
