NIRI Announces Hiring of Sponsor Relations Officer

ALEXANDRIA, Va. -- The
National Investor Relations Institute
(NIRI) today announced the hiring of Aaron Eggers as Vice President, Sponsor and Partner Relations.
NIRI President and CEO, Gary A. LaBranche, FASAE, CAE said: “NIRI’s exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers are vital to the successful practice of investor relations. I am delighted that Aaron Eggers will join the NIRI staff team to help bring the best products and services to the investor relations community. His experience in business development gives him valuable insight into how to best leverage NIRI to reach IR professionals.”
Mr. Eggers, who will start at NIRI on August 1, is a business development executive from the Seattle area. He most recently served as Director of Partnerships and Programs at PitchBook Data, Inc., where he oversaw relations with 85 private capital industry associations and organizations. Before joining PitchBook in 2014, he worked as the West Coast Director of Business Development for Xconomy, Inc. and served as Director of Communications and Programs at the Washington Technology Industry Association. He earlier worked as an account executive at Lionfish Creative and oversaw sponsorships and programs for the Boys and Girls Clubs of King County, Washington.
Mr. Eggers received his Master’s in Public Administration from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and he earned his B.A. in Political Science from Central College in Pella, Iowa.
