NIRI Board of Directors Nominates Five Candidates for National Board Positions
 
Katie Royce Selected as Board Chair-Elect
 
ALEXANDRIA, VA, October 5, 2021 – NIRI: The Association for Investor Relations nominated five candidates to serve on the NIRI Board of Directors. 
 
Regular members (corporate IR practitioners and counselors) are asked to vote for a slate of new directors to serve four-year terms (2022-25) on the NIRI Board of Directors. The candidates include: 
  • Clayton Bilby, IRC, Head of Investor Relations, Palo Alto Networks
  • Alexandra Deignan, Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Sustainability, Lazard, Ltd.
  • Kim Pinyopusarerk, IRC, Manager, Investor Relations, Callon Petroleum Company
  • Robert Williams, Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, Dell Technologies
Associate members (service providers) are asked to vote for a candidate to serve a two-year term as Associate Member Director on the Board. The candidate is:
  • Andy Detwiler, Co-founder, President and CEO, Virtua Research
The deadline for voting is November 15. Candidate bios can be found on the NIRI website. Voting instructions and a voting ballot for members can be accessed through the NIRI Customer Portal under Online Surveys.

In addition, Katie Royce, CFA, SVP, North America CFO at Cognizant Technology Solutions has been selected by the Board to serve as Chair-Elect for the coming year. She will take office following the NIRI Annual Meeting on December 1.
