NIRI Elects Five New Board Members
Board of Directors Elects Katie Royce as Board Chair-Elect; Victoria Sivrais Begins Term as Board Chair
ALEXANDRIA, VA, December 15, 2021 – At its December 1 Annual Meeting, members of NIRI: The Association for Investor Relations elected five members to serve on the NIRI Board of Directors.
Four regular members (corporate IR practitioners and counselors) were elected to serve four-year terms (2022-25) on the NIRI Board of Directors. They include:
- Clayton Bilby, IRC, Head of Investor Relations, Palo Alto Networks
- Alexandra Deignan, Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Sustainability, Lazard, Ltd.
- Kim Pinyopusarerk, IRC, Manager, Investor Relations, Callon Petroleum Company
- Robert Williams, Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, Dell Technologies
One associate member (service provider) was elected to serve a two-year term (2022-2023):
- Andy Detwiler, Co-founder, President and CEO, Virtua Research
The NIRI Board elected Katie Royce, CFA, SVP, North America CFO at Cognizant Technology Solutions, as Chair-Elect for the coming year.
Victoria Sivrais also transitioned to NIRI Board Chair. Victoria is the Founding Partner at Clermont Partners, LLC, and served as Board Chair-Elect in 2021.

Finally, I also thank other members completing their service on the NIRI Board this year: Pat Davidson, Jennifer Driscoll, Jeff Smith, and Tim Quast. NIRI is better for the selfless contribution of their time and talent.”
