The National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) is pleased to announce that it will hold a silent auction during the NIRI Annual Conference on June 10-13 in Las Vegas to raise funds for the survivors of the Route 91 mass shooting.

All net proceeds from the silent auction will be donated to Route91Strong, a non-profit organization founded by survivors of the Route 91 Harvest Country Music Festival shooting that occurred on October 1, 2017, in Las Vegas. Route91Strong advocates for the families of the shooting victims and raises funds to support the survivors of this attack.

“Every year more than 5 million people attend more than 22,000 conventions in Las Vegas, made possible by its hard-working citizens. It is appropriate that the NIRI Annual Conference gives back to the Las Vegas community by supporting those who survived the horror of the October 1 shootings,” said Gary A. LaBranche, FASAE, CAE, President and CEO of NIRI. “I am sure that attendees will support this worthy cause.”

There will be an exciting array of items to bid on, including more than 200 autographed sports, entertainment, and music memorabilia items. The silent auction will be held at the Wynn Las Vegas during the NIRI Annual Conference on June 10-13.

For those who are unable to attend the 2018 Annual Conference but would like to bid on auction items, NIRI is offering an online pre-auction with some of the same items that will be up for bid in Las Vegas. This online auction will run June 4-8.  To participate, please go to starting at 1 pm (ET) on June 4 and sign up for on the NIRI online auction (under current auctions).  Bidding instructions can be found at the above link under “How to Bid.”

NIRI encourages everyone to participate in the Annual Conference silent auction (or the online auction). One can also donate by visiting or by sending a contribution to Route91Strong, 2351 Sunset Blvd, Suite 170-945, Rocklin, CA 95765.
