The discounted rate for a Junior Suite Ocean View in the Ocean Tower is $299. A deposit of one night’s room and tax will be charged at the time the reservation is made. This discounted rate is guaranteed until November 16, 2018, pending room availability. Reservation requests made after the cutoff date will be accepted at the hotel’s discretion and will be subject to prevailing rates and availability. NIRI strongly recommends reserving room accommodations early. In addition to the guest room rate, there will be an additional resort fee of $11.50 per night.
 
Getting There:
The nearest airport is Miami International Airport (MIA), which is approximately 30 minutes (12 miles) from the hotel. A typical taxi fare is approximately $35.

The next nearest airport is Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL), approximately 40 minutes (27 miles) from the hotel. A typical taxi fare is approximately $90.

Attire:   
Business casual is appropriate for all events and sessions. Since meeting room temperatures tend to be cool, we suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater.

Spouse/Companion Registration: US $200. Your spouse/companion is welcome to attend evening functions if not in an IR-related profession.
