Sally Curley

CEO, Curley Global IR, LLC

Sally is CEO of Curley Global IR (CGIR), LLC, an IR, ESG and Corporate Governance strategic advisory firm. Sally has more than three decades of business experience, working with C-suite and Boards of Directors from a number of industries. A frequent Institutional Investor ranked IRO, Sally has served as President of the Boston Chapter, chaired the NIRI Body of Knowledge committee, and served on the NIRI National Board of Directors. In 2013, Sally was inducted into NIRI’s inaugural Class of Fellows in 2013. She has presented numerous times to the SEC's Corporate Finance Division on shareholder transparency and proxy access reforms, and has authored Comment Letters to the SEC on behalf of the organizations with whom she worked. 

She currently sits on NIRI's Senior Roundtable Steering Committee and is a member of the ESG Working Group at the Society for Corporate Governance. She's served on the Board of Directors of several large non-profit organizations, including service on Nominating and Governance Committees and chairing Sustainability Committees. She's guest-lectured at a number of academic institutions on IR, ESG, corporate governance, disclosure issues and crisis communications, and currently is adjunct faculty at Georgetown University.
