With the 2018 proxy season fast approaching, join IR professionals from around Virginia on March 19 to hear from Matt Orsagh of the CFA Institute on various corporate governance topics, including ESG ratings, BlackRock's letter to companies, and the regulation of ESG rating agencies and proxy advisors.

Matt Orsagh, CFA, CIPM, is director of capital markets policy at CFA Institute, where he focuses on corporate governance issues. He was named one of the 2008 Rising Stars of Corporate Governance by theMillstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance at the Yale School of Management.
