Katie Royce, CFA

2021 SRT Chair; SVP, North America Chief Financial Officer Cognizant

Katie is SVP, North America Chief Financial Officer at Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH). Prior to joining Cognizant, Katie was Director of Investor Relations at Cantor Commercial Real Estate (CCRE) where she was responsible for private institutional investor relationships as well as corporate bond holders and rating agencies. Previously, she was the Investor Relations Manager at Selective Insurance Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIGI). Katie began her career on the buy-side as an equity research analyst.

Katie holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond. She earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and a professional Certificate in Investor Relations from New York University. She is a member of the board of directors of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), serves as 2021 Chair of NIRI’s Steering Committee for the Senior Roundtable and was previously the President for the NIRI NY Chapter.
