Hotel Reservations

In order to reserve a room under NIRI's room block in Fairmont Gold, you must first complete your event registration. You will receive a link in your confirmation email that you can use to complete your hotel reservation.

NIRI is not responsible for rates or sleeping rooms which attendees reserve outside the NIRI room block or through other agencies and/or websites other than the official NIRI housing link. Questions regarding hotel accommodations can be directed to Amanda Stimart at astimart@niri.org.


Room Rates

$299 plus taxes and fees per night, based on availability. Reservations must be made by November 16, 2021, in order to qualify for the NIRI group rate in Fairmont Gold. 


Cancellation Policy

Guests will be charged one night’s room and tax deposit 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellation of individual reservations made 72 hours prior to arrival will be accepted and the deposit refunded for those rooms for the full night’s stay. All deposits are non-refundable within 72 hours of arrival. Reservations and deposits received after Tuesday, November 9, 2021, will be confirmed on a space and rate availability basis only.
