Charles DeCoster Manager, Investor Relations and Strategy, Stryker Charles DeCoster is Manager, Investor Relations & Strategy for Stryker -- one of the world's leading medical technology companies. In his role, Charles leads the investor interaction and strategy efforts in association with the IRO. He coordinates legal, finance, communications and commercial teams to ensure IR and strategy efforts are well informed of evolving internal, competitive and industry dynamics. Charles received his BA in International Relations, with an emphasis in Economics and Chinese Culture as well as his MS in Accounting from Grand Valley State University.
