Photograph of Nan Bulger Nanette [Nan] Bulger is both CEO of SCIP, a non-profit professional organization focused on the advancement of the “intelligence for business profession” and an independent global thought leader and consultant assisting organizations in the build and implementation of their strategic intelligence programs. Prior to this, Nan was the Global Lead for Philips Healthcare, Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V., a Dutch multinational.
Nan has led global professionals in the creation and successful implementation of full scale strategic plans, go to market strategies, analytics development, market intelligence initiatives, large scale finance transformations, cost streamlining and revenue building programs and complex value and supply chain initiatives for global businesses. 
Nan has developed and implemented a variety of business methodologies and toolkits, built end to end [E2E] strategic planning to AOP processes, and built intelligence programs that support white space and adjacency M&A strategies and industry day executive briefings.

A frequent speaker, writer and trainer, Nan is an internationally published author on a variety of market intelligence, marketing, strategic planning and intellectual property topics. Her training experience spans a number of countries across six continents. She started WISA, the Global Women in Intelligence, Strategy and Analytics Group and developed Intelligence for Philanthropy with SCIP for a Better World.

Nan holds  a B.S. Degree in Physics from Bridgewater University, an M.B.A. from Southern New Hampshire University and a post Graduate Certificate in Strategic Risk from M.I.T.
