Laura Kiernan, IRC and CPA, is an expert in Investor Relations, with over 18 years of experience as an IRO and ten years in corporate strategy, finance and accounting functions for Fortune 500 and Russell 2000 Companies. Presently, Ms. Kiernan is the SVP Investor Relations at Ubiquiti Networks (UBNT), an NYC based, mid-cap, technology hardware company.  She has been a member of NIRI since 2000 and serves on the IRC Examination Development Committee.  She is a guest lecturer in Investor Relations, Finance and Investments at Northeastern University.

Ms. Kiernan’s experience spans multiple industries including technology, media & entertainment, consumer goods, luxury retail, mining and heavy equipment.  

Ms. Kiernan is best known for improving company and management reputations, providing a very high level of client service, and for increasing interest in a company’s equity and debt.  These factors all help drive a higher relative valuation for the companies she works for.  She successfully grew company relative valuations for Revlon, Playtex Products, Inc., Harry Winston Diamond Corporation, WWE and Ubiquiti Networks during her roles as Head of Investor Relations.  Ms. Kiernan works closely with the senior management teams including the C-suite, Boards of Directors and Executive Committees.
