Liz provides clients with a wide range of corporate communications counsel and support on complex business issues, as well as with respect to protecting and enhancing their overall reputations. She has extensive experience in matters related to Mergers & Acquisitions; Specialized Investor Relations, Litigation; Crisis Communications; and Bankruptcy & Restructurings.

Prior to joining Kekst, Liz was Executive Vice President and Head of the Financial Communications Team at Weber Shandwick, and before that was a Director of Investor Relations at Taylor Rafferty. Prior to her career in strategic communications, Liz was an investment banker at Citi in New York.

Liz holds a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
