Ms. Sivrais is an accomplished financial communications practitioner with substantial experience in investor relations, media relations, and crisis and transaction communications. Prior to founding Clermont Partners, she was a Managing Director and deputy lead of the Capital Markets practice of the FTI Consulting’s Strategic Communications segment.

During her fifteen-year career in financial communications, she has provided guidance to clients around critical issues, including capital-raising activities; best-practices investor relations programs; crisis preparedness; issues management; management transitions; mergers and acquisitions (M&A); and strategic transformations. Ms. Sivrais works across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on companies in the diversified industrials; financial institutions; and technology spaces. Her client experience has included, Avnet; Global Brass and Copper Holdings; Gogo Inc.; The Manitowoc Company; Polaris Industries; Rockwell Automation; WEX Inc.; and Zebra Technologies, among others.

She also is an active member of National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI); and has been a member of the NIRI-Chicago board of directors for the last several years, currently serving as president. She has held several positions in the past including executive vice president, vice president and co-chair, programs and vice president, treasurer. She has been published and quoted in major financial publications on the topics of shareholder activism, investor engagement and crisis communications.
